The allegation against the petitioner is that she obtained the employment as an Auxiliary Nursing Midwife and was working in Primary Health Centre, Dariyapur.

Submission was that the petitioner could not be held responsible for forging the registration certificate and that it was issued by some registering authorities. The next submission was that the petitioner being a lady, it was required that her liberties be protected.

The Court has a very direct view that on account of having taken advantage of getting an employment on the basis of the forged document, the petitioner could not escape the liabilities which have been now fasten upon her. As regards the submission

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17199 of 2015 (3) dt.30-07-2015 that the petitioner was a lady, the court below shall consider it, when she surrenders with a prayer for regular bail before the CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Revilganj P.S.Case No.137 of 2014 in the light of the provisions of Section 437 Cr.P.C. The petition on the face of it lacks merit and the same is dismissed.
