The grievance of the petitioner stands recorded in the orders passed on 5.2.2015 and 11.2.2015.

The complaint of the petitioner is that the order passed by this Court in CWJC No.3770 of 2013 was not being followed by the State. This Court after taking note of the circumstances, has vide order passed on 11.2.2015 directed the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2275 of 2015 (8) dt.09-03-2015 State to act as per the modalities of the direction contained in the order passed in CWJC No.3770 of 2013. It is pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 11.2.2015 that a Committee was constituted and whereafter auction has taken place for holding cattle fair on 17.2.2015.

Although it is the grievance of the petitioner that she was not allowed to participate in the auction but in view of the fact that the order was passed in open Court it was open for the petitioner who happens to be the Mukhiya of the Gram Panchayat to take interest and participate in the settlement. She having not done so and the auction as well as the cattle fair having already taken place, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.

The writ petition and the interlocutory applications are accordingly disposed of.
