In spite of having absence of learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP as well as learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 have submitted that on account of having compromise effected in between the spouses, the O.P. No.2 is residing in company of the petitioner and on account thereof, petitioner should be allowed anticipatory bail.
Considering the prayer made on behalf of O.P.No.2, wife, the petitioner, Rajeev Kumar Ranjan, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Muzaffarpur in
