The impugned order passed by District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Bhojpur is not required to be interfered with because after 1.7.2006 no person can be appointed on the post of Panchayat Shiksha Mitra as the post itself has been abolished. Removal of the petitioner was in the year 2004 from engagement of Panchayat Shiksha Mitra . That is the end of the matter. No interference is warranted in the writ application. The writ application stands dismissed.
