Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he did not refund the loan amount granted under Primer Minister Employment Scheme. Petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2018. Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Khagaria Police Station Case No. 179 of 2017,
