1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I) For issuance of any appropriated writ/s, rules or direction especially in the nature of Certiorari to quash the order dated 24/07/2021 passed in Aganwadi Case No. 14/2020, passed by learned Commissioner -cum-District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari where by and where under cancelled their own order which has been passed on dated 02.02.2021 passed in Aganwadi Case No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14906 of 2021(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/3 14/2020, after about 173 days without accordance with law.

(II) For issuance of writ/s, rule or directions especial in nature of mandamus directing to respondent concern to discharging duty of the petitioner on the post of Aganwadi Sevika on the Aganwadi center no 143, villageDumari Baiju, under panchayat Balua Julphekara Bad, ward no 01 BlockPatahi, District- East Champaran, who has discharging her duty after grant order in her favor passed in Aganwadi Case No. 14/2020 dated 02.02.2021, passed by Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate East Champaran at Motihari.

(III) For further during the pendency of this writ application the operation/proceeding of order dated 24.07.2021, passed in Aganwadi Case No 14/2020, passed by the Commissionercum- District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari may kindly be stayed."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal
