1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Singeshwar P.S. Case no.67 of 2023 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and section 21(C) of the NDPS Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 6 bottles of 100 ml. each of a cough syrup with codeine was recovered from the motorcycle being driven by the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case on mere suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since 25.3.2023. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation in the F.I.R. wherein it is stated that 6 bottles of 100 ml. each of a cough syrup with codeine was recovered from the motorcycle belonging to the petitioner together with the petitioner having remained in custody since 25.3.2023 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Singeshwar P.S. Case no.67 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge V-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act 1st, Madhepura.
