1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) Issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of certiorari to set aside/quash the order dated 9.72019 passed by the ld District Magistrate Aurangabad in Aurangabad Case No. 445 of 1999 whereby and whereunder the Ld. District Magistrate has rejected the show cause filed by the petitioner on the ground that he did't get his Arms license renewed from 2005-15 which is 11 years, and no effort was made by the petitioner for renewal of his license as contained in Annexure-4 of this writ and this order of the ld District Magistrate is in total contravention to the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No.1422 of 2017.

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 09.07.2019, passed by the District Magistrate, Aurangabad, in Case No.445 of 1999, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from today, the Appellate Authority shall consider the same, in accordance with law and dispose off the same, forthwith.
4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
