This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 19.02.2024 passed in CWJC No. 13790 of 2023, whereby the payment of ACP to the petitioner which was in process was directed to be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order passed in the writ petition.

3. Opposite parties have filed show cause, wherein, it has been stated that the ACP has been paid to the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has also admitted that the petitioner has received the ACP.

5. In view of the above, I find that the order dated 19.02.2024 passed in CWJC No. 13790 of 2023, has been duly complied with by the respondents.

6. The contempt application, therefore, stands closed and disposed off.
