The petitioners seek bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 359 of 2019, dated 08.10.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34507 of 2020(2) dt.21-12-2020 2/3 The sister of the deceased had been done to death by many accused persons who belonged to the same village. The petitioners are also alleged to have participated in the occurrence.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that a small boy had earlier died and the needle of suspicion for killing the boy fell on the deceased. Nothing specific has been alleged against the petitioners except for three of the relatives of the deceased having identified the petitioners in the video clip.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that one another accused person of this case has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9282 of 2020. The petitioners are in custody since 02.09.2020 and 03.09.2020 respectively.

Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioners above-named are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34507 of 2020(2) dt.21-12-2020 3/3 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 359 of 2019.
