The petitioners seek bail in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 173/2019 instituted for the offence 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioners was earlier rejected by a Bench of this Court by order dated 28.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7279 of 2020.

The petitioners while committing burglary, were arrested.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34496 of 2020(2) dt.21-12-2020 2/2 They had earlier been made accused in one case and after implication in the present case, they have been remanded in two other cases about which reference has been made in paragraph -3 of the bail petition.

The petitioners are in custody since 03.09.2019. Regard being had to period of custody of the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 173/2019.
