JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Out of seven petitioners, it is alleged that petitioner no.3 Vikas Kumar assaulted Gobari Thakur whereas petitioner no.5 Binod Singh assaulted Suresh Thakur.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injuries of both the injured have been found to be simple when there is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 42 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
