The petitioner was retired from the post of Assistant Teacher, S.S. Girls High School, Barh, Patna on 31.12.2013 and it would appear from perusal of Annexure-2 series that except amount of group insurance,she got nothing from the retrial benefit. It would further appear from Annexure-2 series to the petition that

In course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the State submits that admitted retrial dues of the petitioner could not be paid to her because the department was in correspondence with the State of Jharkhand and moreover, her admitted retrial dues is under process.

In my view, this writ petition may be disposed of with direction to the respondent no. 2 to 6 to ensure the admitted retrial dues of the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order and, if they feel any difficulty in calculation of her retrial dues including GPF amount, they may take assistance of respondent no. 4 for calculation of GPF amount of the petitioner but in any case, the admitted retrial dues shall be made available to the petitioner, within the above stated period of four months, the respondents shall also calculate the statutory interest in accordance with rules and law on account of delayed payment of the petitioner.
