This application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No.18526 of 2016 as against respondent no.4, which has been dismissed on account of non-compliance of the order dated 10.04.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already complied with the order of this Court, but there is a delay of one day.

In such view of the matter, this application is

Patna High Court MJC No.1333 of 2017 (3) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 allowed and C.W.J.C. No.18526 of 2016 is restored against respondent no.4.
