1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That by this writ application the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writs or writs or direction or directions, commanding the respondents to consider and grant the ex-gratia payment in the light of the policy decision of the Bihar Gramin Bank and the said relief decided by the Hon'ble Court."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Branch Manager, Bihar Gramin Bank, Pasraha Branch, District-

Patna High Court CWJC No.14792 of 2021(2) dt.20-12-2023 2/2 Khagaria, i.e. the respondent no.4, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the Branch Manager, Bihar Gramin Bank, Pasraha Branch, DistrictKhagaria, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
