JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER ------------- 14-07-2015 Mr. Prabhat Ranjan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, has very fairly conceded that the impugned notification dated 21.05.2014 (Annexure-2) has lost its life. Therefore, the present matter has become infrucutous. He further informs the Court that the State Government has come with a fresh notification which is the subject matter of challenge in some other proceeding brought at the instance of the petitioners. In view of the fair submissions made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the present writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
