Learned Counsel for the State has got no objection. In view of the submission made by learned Counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to file a fresh representation raising his grievance before the Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar, Patna, within a period of fifteen days from today and if such a representation is filed by the petitioner within the aforesaid period, the Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar, Patna, is directed to dispose the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and rules within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is dismissed as withdrawn.
