1. Feeling aggrieved and dissatisfied with the impugned common judgment and order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 22.03.2018 in C.W.J.C. No. 6297 of 2013 the original writ-petitioner has preferred the present Letters Patent Appeal.

Shri Anil Kumar Tiwary, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant-original writ-petitioner has fairly conceded that against the very impugned common judgment and order passed by the learned Single Judge, the Letters Patent Appeals being L.P.A. No. 590 of 2018 and other allied Letters Patent Appeals were filed and by common judgment and order dated 07.09.2018 this Court has dismissed the said Letters Patent Appeals. In that view of the matter, the present Letters Patent Appeal also deserves to be dismissed with the same fate.

3. In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the common judgment and order passed by this Court dated 07.09.2018 in L.P.A. No. 590 of 2018 and other allied Letters Patent Appeals, the present Letters Patent Appeal stands dismissed. No cost.
