The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was arrested in some other case and thereafter he was remanded, in three other cases registered against unknown, on the same day. Nothing incriminating was recovered recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was ever put on Test Identification Parade during investigation of the case.

No.34298 of 2020(2) dt.19-01-2021 2/2 Considering the lack of direct material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Panjawara P.S. Case No.84 of 2019, with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
