Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 341, 379, 427 of the I.P.C and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant and damaged the vehicle. The specific accusation of firing is against co-accused Amit Kumar though the firing did not hit the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that injuries have been found to be simple in nature. Moreover there is counter version of the occurrence also.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No. 297 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
