Petitioner seeks bail in Jehanabad P.S. Case No.322 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 201/34 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.

Petitioner is husband of the deceased.

In the written report, it is alleged that this petitioner committed torture with daughter of the informant for demand of dowry. He committed her murder by administering poison along with other accused persons. He was attempting to dispose off the dead body.

Counsel for petitioner submits that trial has begun. The brother of the deceased has already been examined.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is rejected at this stage.

The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and make all efforts to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
