On going through the operative part of the order passed on the writ petition (Annexure-1), the Court, prima facie, is not satisfied that a case of contempt is made out. Mr. Sunil Kumar No.3 states that he would not press the contempt application and approach the Bank for the settlement of the dues.

The contempt application is disposed of granting the petitioner the said liberty.
