2. The present application has been preferred: for restoration of MJC (contempt) No. 5059 of 2019 which was dismissed for noncompliance of order dated 04.07.2023 passed by this Court.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 2 and 3 of the petition, the MJC No. 1792 of 2024 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500 to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. Accordingly, the MJC No. 5059 of 2019 is restored to its original file.
