The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 32 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the report from the Forensic Science Laboratory was called for by this Court. The said report has since been received and has been opened before me today. The report clearly reveals that the deceased died of poisoning and the insecticides THIMET was detected in the Viscera, sent for examination. Considering the distinct conclusion that the deceased died of poisoning as is evident from the report of Forensic Science Laboratory, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
