The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 494, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the complainant opposite party no. 2. It is submitted that earlier the wife of the petitioner had filed a complaint case after 12 years of her marriage in which the petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 05.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4758/2015. The complainant filed the present complaint case on 11.02.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned
