The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 92 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2023 and there is recovery of 734.400 Litres of foreign wine from his possession. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the period of custody and recovery of liquor from his possession, this application for regular bail is allowed.
