The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons cutting the tree of the informant and on protest being made the informant was assaulted by the accused persons, when parents of the informant came to rescue they were also assaulted and house of the informant put on fire by them.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that injuries caused, have been found simple in nature. Neither the accusation of assault and putting the house on fire is specific against the petitioner. The accusation is general and omnibus.

Considering the aforesaid facts particularly the petitioner being a lady having no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph 3 of the petition, let she be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No.404 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
