The writ application has been filed praying for a writ of habeas corpus for production of the widowed mother of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner now informs that during the pendency of the writ application the mother of the petitioner has been handed over to him by the Officer-in-charge of the local police station.

So far as the various allegations that have been made by the petitioner against respondent nos. 6 and 7, it shall be open to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum.
