Patna High Court MJC No.1982 of 2025(3) dt.29-08-2025 2/3 petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ application, i.e., C.W.J.C. No. 16203 of 2021, the grievance of the petitioner was redressed, as such, petitioner submitted a mentioning slip seeking withdrawal of the writ application on the ground that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed but inadvertently the order dated 08.04.2025 in C.W.J.C. No. 16203 of 2021 records that "The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application. Permission is accorded."

3. It is submitted that the instant modification application has been filed to modify the order dated 08.04.2025 in C.W.J.C. No. 16203 of 2021 to read as "The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application as grievance of the petitioner during pendency of the writ application stood redressed".

4. Learned AC to AAG-12 for the State and the learned CGC appearing on behalf of the Union of India do not oppose the said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the order dated 08.04.2025 in C.W.J.C. No. 16203 of 2021 is modified to read

Patna High Court MJC No.1982 of 2025(3) dt.29-08-2025 3/3 as "The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application as grievance of the petitioner during pendency of the writ application stood redressed. Permission is accorded."

6. Accordingly, the instant modification application is allowed.
