The petitioner seeks quashing of the resolution passed in the special meeting dated 19.2.2015 whereby the no confidence motion brought against the Pramukh, has been dropped. In my opinion, in view of the notification of the Panchayat Election issued under Section 124 of the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006 the issue raised has become academic and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of as having become infructuous.
