Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S.Case No.153 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the FIR, one motorcycle was intercepted by the Police and one co-accused Vikash Kumar @ Rinku has been arrested with the motorcycle and on inquiry he disclosed the name of the petitioner that he has pledged the motorcycle to him at Rs.16,000/-.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confessional statement, there is nothing against
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36318 of 2019(3) dt.17-09-2019 2/2 the petitioner but no paper showing the pledge to Vikash Kumar @ Rinku has been shown. He has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S.Case No.153 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
