The petitioner had earlier moved this Court in CWJC No.1991 of 2013 questioning the very same order of cancellation of his licence dated 28.9.2011. In view of the acquittal of the petitioner in the criminal case that the counsel for the petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the writ petition for pursuing the remedy available to him in law in view of the subsequent developments and the writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn vide order passed on 19.9.2014.

The present writ petition is a sequel to the earlier writ petition and again the petitioner is questioning the very same order dated 28.9.2011 which was the subject-matter of CWJC No.1991 of 2013.

This writ petition is not maintainable and is dismissed accordingly.
