This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014, disclosing offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420, 120B, and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that she used to BETET Certificate for the purpose of securing appointment to the post of Panchayat Teacher, was found to be forged. Altogether 16 accused persons with similar persons have been made accused in the present case i.e. Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner has brought on record by way of supplementary affidavit , a copy of the order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14463 of 2015 (3) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 of this Court dated 07.04.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 14371 of 2015 in order to contend that the similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present herself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on her part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, her bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
