At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, namely, Ram Niwas Sah alias Mahakal, has already died and, as such, this application has become infructuous.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this application, which has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to grant him the privilege of bail in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No.235 of 2018,
