1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case no.263 of 2022 registered under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, it is stated by the informant that the son of the informant had a love affair with a girl namely Chanchala Kumari. On the pretext of marriage, it is stated that the petitioner along with other co-accused called the son of the informant and assaulted him brutally. During the course of treatment, the son of the informant died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The petitioner has no concern with the occurrence. There is general and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38240 of 2023(2) dt.07-07-2023 2/2 omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is a lady and she is in custody since 26.1.2023. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner in the F.I.R., the petitioner being a lady having no criminal antecedent, her having remained in custody since 26.1.2023 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case no.263 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM (Pupri), Sitamarhi.
