This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Lalganj P.S. Case No. 182 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 380, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The occurrence has taken place because of land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties. There is allegation of firing but the same is not supported by any injury.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Case No. 182 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
