Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 354(A), 354(D) of the IPC and section 8/11 of POSCO Act.
As per FIR, it is alleged that the petitioner (Headmaster of Aryabhatt Public School) molested and misbehaved with the daughter of the informant. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that instant application is malicious. As a matter of fact, the instant case has been lodged as an after thought in collusion with persons having

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that specific allegation against the petitioner was sexual abuse of the minor daughter of the informant. Considering the nature of acquisition, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with direction to the petitioner to surrender and seek regular bail, which would be disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
