Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 354, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is attempting to outrage the modesty of the informant when the accused persons talked to the petitioner on mobile.

Let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar. Accordingly the application is disposed off.
