The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 321/2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has not been named in the First Information Report and he has also not been put on Test Identification Parade. His implication in the present case is on the basis of confession of an arrested accused person.

Considering all these facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 321/2019.
