The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Fatehpur P.S. Case no. 247 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
The complainant named the petitioners along with her husband and alleged that all the accused persons asked her to demand 25,000/- from her father. Petitioners are sister-in-law, maternal father-in-law and maternal brother-in-law of the informant.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16109 of 2015 (2) dt.28-04-2015 2/2 Considering the facts and nature of allegation, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S.
