The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 294/2015 under Sections 323, 341, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The informant alleged that somebody impersonated him and withdrew loan amount from Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, Branch Bansohi. When the informant enquired about the loan from the Bank in the month of August, 2014, the Branch Manager of the Bank behaved with him in abusive language and did not reply to his query satisfactorily. It is submitted that the petitioner was the Branch Manager of the aforesaid Bank till the year 2011.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15005 of 2016 (3) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 The petitioner did not abuse the informant. The informant had stated that he did not know to sign but on perusal of Annexure-2 it would appear that the informant executed a sale deed on which he put his signature.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 294/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
