2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 354(A)(B)(C) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner came to the house of informant and stayed for few days. During that period, this petitioner took some objectionable photographs and video of informant and started blackmailing her and when informant raised objection, this petitioner molested her and shared her objectionable photographs to other persons.
4. It is submitted that petitioner is simply a victim of false implication. There is delay of eight days in lodging few the FIR. Though there is allegation that this petitioner shared some

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 129 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
