Having regard to the nature of allegation for offence under Sections 324, 384 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and that the solitary defence of the petitioner that actually his vehicle SCORPIO had got hit by the Bus of the informant and whatever altercation had taken place was in relation to that accident is no where found and on the other hand it has been found by the police in the investigation that there was any demand of ransom by the petitioner, this Court, for the time being, will have to go by the allegation and materials against the petitioner in F.I.R. which also stands substantiated in statement of other persons, apart from the informant in the case diary.

That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
