The petitioners, namely, Saraswati Devi, Ram Prasad Mehta and Ranjan Mehta, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 344, 323, 379, 328, 497, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegations that the petitioners confined him in a room and assaulted him. The petitioners also pressurized him to transfer the land in the name of petitioner no. 1. It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 is the wife and petitioners no. 2 and 3 are the father-in-law and the brother-in-law of the informant. Petitioner no. 1 filed Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 515 of 2010 under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code against her husband and the informant. Thereafter, the informant filed cases one after another against the petitioners. The informant filed this case only

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Tandwa P.S. Case No. 6/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
