2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 268 of 2021 dated 28.10.2021, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on 22-10-2021 informant received an envelop containing Smart card of a motorcycle in his name. After gathering some information, the informant came to know that one of his covillager in collusion with the employee of Hinduja Finance Company got a new Hero Honda splendor plus motorcycle financed in his name. It is further alleged that the accused persons have procured the Aadhar Card, Voter card and bank

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner is a clerk of Hinduja Finance Company. He is not an authorized person to grant loan. It is further submitted that the main allegation is against coaccused namely, Sanjeet Singh, who disclosed in his confessional statement that he along with one Raman Kumar (Staff of the Hinduja Finance Company) got the alleged motorcycle on loan in the name of Ram Kalesh Singh (informant). It is submitted that Upendra Kumar Sahni, who is one of the agents of the said Company, has been granted granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 05-03-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81018 of 2023 (Annexure- P/2). Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of
