The petitioner has again come up through this habeas corpus petition for premature release. We do not find any such reason so as to entertain this petition on that ground, but keeping in view the policy of the Government that a matter of remission can be considered after the expiry of one year of the rejection order, it will be open to the petitioner to apply accordingly
