Learned State counsel accepts notice for respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to serve a copy of the petition to learned counsel for the State if it has not already served.

In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(a.) To issue an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to finalise the selection process for appointment on the post of Aanganwari Sevika, for Aanganwari Kendra 193 under ward no.7 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.14779 of 2021 dt.07-02-2022 2/2 Tadhwanandpur Panchayat, Block Bairiya ,West Champaran.

(b.) To issue an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding th To the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Aanganwari Sevika, for Aanganwari Kendra 193 under ward no.7 of Tadhwanandpur Panchayat, Block Bairiyya, West Champaran as she tops the merit list and satisfying the other eligibility criteria. (C.) Pass any other relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of Justice."

In support of the aforesaid relief petitioner submitted representation dated 21.03.2021 (Annexure-4). The concerned respondent has not taken any decision on the petitioner's representation. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2021 (Anneuxre-4) and proceed to pass speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
