In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "For setting aside the Court appointment of Respondent No. 8 who has been illegally appointment on the post of Anganwari Sewika in Anganwari Centre No.203 Panchayat Telihar, Ward No.8, District- Khagaria 10-02-2020 and on further for granting an opportunity for appointment of the petitioner on the said

Patna High Court CWJC No.85 of 2021 dt.20-12-2021 2/2 post by initiating fresh selection process in accordance with the rules/ quidelines issued by Govt. relating to selection of Anganwari Sewika."

The petitioner has no locus standi in respect of relief sought, for the reasons that he is not one of the candidate pursuant to the advertisement for the post of Anganwari Sevika. On this ground itself, the present petition is not maintainable and petitioner has no locus standi. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed.
