The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 3211 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that he purchased a piece of land from the petitioner no. 1 but in the year 2010 he came to know that his vendor sold the same land to someone else. It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 did not sell the same land to others rather different land was sold. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16573 of 2015 (2) dt.01-05-2015 surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Complaint Case No. 3211 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
