JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-304(B), 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased who died within four years of her marriage in mysterious circumstances. In postmortem examination, the cause of death was found asphyxia, due to strangulation. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torturing.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, I do not think it proper to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8842 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari /concerned court stands rejected.
